Shipments to Italy, are made by GLS and are free.
Any local taxes and duties of the individual states, not related to the import charges are not included and are the responsibility of the customer.
As required by the rules of the trade, all shipments POWERLEDSRL.com are accompanied by an official invoice stating the value of individual items in Euro. For items in the balance invoice shows the discounted amounts.
Orders are shipped from POWERLEDSRL.com, Monday through Friday. Orders placed over the weekend will be processed starting Monday morning next.

POWERLEDSRL.com delivers all over the world via the courier "GLS courier." POWERLEDSRL.com does not deliver to PO Boxes (PO Boxes, BP).

And 'essential that the address is complete with ZIP CODE (CAP). It 'mandatory disclosure of the recipient's phone number and the name of any representative.

Estimated time for delivery from date of shipment:

Regular Delivery:
24/48 hours in the peninsula;
48-72 hours in Sicily, Calabria and Sardinia;
48-72 hours in the economic centers of Europe: Germany, France, Austria, Spain;
72-96 hours in European countries further away, in the U.S. and around the world.
